As long as your items have not left the stock holding facility it may be possible to change your order. In this case please contact our customer service, referencing any changes that need to be undertaken.

You have to determine a cancellation of your order by the customer care, as long as the order isn't forwarded. Excluded are products especially made for the customer. Furthermore, you can use your right of recission.

- Enter the date, order number or delivery status to search the right order
- Choose "Details" for mor information and all documents
- Open the order to download the PDF files
